SQUID AND LEEKS STEW

  1. Αποψύχουμε τα καλαμάρια και τα καθαρίζουμε. Κόβουμε στη μέση.
  2. Σε μια φαρδιά κατσαρόλα ζεσταίνουμε το ελαιόλαδο και σωτάρουμε τα καλαμάρια για 2 ‘.
  3. Προσθέτουμε τα κρεμμύδια και τα πράσα και συνεχίζουμε το σωτάρισμα για 5’ περίπου ακόμη.
  4. Συμπληρώνουμε την τριμμένη ντομάτα και το νερό, αλατοπιπερώνουμε και σιγοβράζουμε για 25 ‘ περίπου ή μέχρι να χυλώσει.
  5. Σερβίρουμε με φρεσκοτριμμένο πιπέρι και στείβουμε λίγο λεμόνι στο ζεστό φαγητό.
