Linguine With Shrimps In Tarragon And Lemon Sause
- In a deep skillet, we heat the olive oil and sauté the shrimps. We add the finocchio, onion, garlic and flambé with the cognac. We remove the shrimps and pour the cream in. Once thick, we toss in the pasta, spring onion, shrimps, tarragon, lemon zest and seasoning and we serve.
