Fried A La Romana With Three Dips (Sweet Chili Mayo / Yoghurt With Avocado / Honey Mustard)

1 pack Pescanova small shrimps
200g mayonnaise
60g sweet chili
150g strained yoghurt
1 avocado
juice of 1 lemon
200g mustard
60g honey
sunflower oil, for frying
  1. For the a la Romana In a deep skillet, we heat the sunflower oil and fry the a la Romana until golden brown. We drain on absorbent paper towels.
  2. For the mayo dip In a mixing bowl, we combine the mayonnaise with the sweet chili.
  3. For the yoghurt dip In a blender, we mix the avocado with the lime, until thick. Next, in a mixing bowl, we combine it with the yoghurt, salt and pepper.
  4. For the mustard dip In a mixing bowl, we combine the mustard with the honey.
