Hake With Garlic Mayo, Lime And Chive

PREPARE

1 pack Pescanova hake fillet
220g mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
zest and juice of 1 lime
1 tsp chive
all-purpose flour
sunflower oil, for frying

pepper
  1. For the hake We coat the hake in flour, salt and pepper, dust off the excess and fry at 200 °C, until golden brown on both sides. We drain on absorbent paper towels.
  2. For the mayonnaise In a blender, we mix the garlic with the lime juice and zest until smooth. In a mixing bowl, we combine the mayonnaise, garlic mix, chive, salt and pepper.
